I can't sleep so I start thinking out of nowhere.

we are gamers... we should make a game.

First thing you would think, making a game is so frikking difficult, who might want to be help on this? or who has the skill?

Well, that's the thing, we should try to find which is the best game we can make with our own talents.


I believe we could start with the "choose your own adventure" type of game idea.




What do we need?
*Writers
*Some drawings
*Choose a platform

What's easier that writing an story? a different end, track, way for an story?
Who knows how to so some drawings? (wii K-girl):D

Finally, what platform should we choose?

4 ideas:
*Youtube vids, you know that youtube lets you click on inside the vid buttons which can lead you to another vid, so essencially we can pull this of, without any programming.
*Threads, threads and threads, we could have the game inside the forum and it could a all threads linked
*Lastly, it could be a much bigger scope:
*an Iphone game.
It would involve more programming, but the basic will be getting the writing and some drawings done.
*A PSP game
It would involve more programming, but the basic will be getting the writing and some drawings done.

Would you like to go beyond being a gamer to actually be a "video game maker"?

If we actually pull this off, this could be the start up of many other games.


We have the gaming knowledge to produce something interesting and entertaining, what are we waiting?

Wow I used to read all those books as a kid, I forgot about them.

Actually this is a decent idea, put together the frame work of the game and hand it over to some college students looking for things to code. Might not be the next FFXIII but it would certainly be something!

I'll do what I can on the drawing side for sure, the writing side as well I can contribute.

I'm not sure what platform would work best though so I will let you guys brainstorm over that some more =)

as for characters I think it should have a protagonist that isnt gender recognized so its up to the reader to decide wether its a he/she

One idea.

It could be about:

Video game famous characters going on a plane towards an award show and suddenly the pilot is down and the plane crash. You are one of the characters.
You don't know which one you are and you are surrounded by either hilarious personalities and a quest for your life.

I've always been a huge fan of the storyline

"man wakes up and finds there's nobody around and he has no idea how he got there"

Sounds like the idea is pretty sound I am pretty good at playing strange personalities if you need.
