I'm super excited for the iPhone to drop on Verizon, which I assume is the announcement that Verizon is making today. I look forward to tossing my ancient Blackberry for an iPhone4, but now some of my buddies who swear by their Androids are tempting me to rethink my decision. Thoughts?

Why is it Verizon so much better than AT&T? I still dont get it how a company like AT&T hasnt change it's image.

I'm loyal to Verizon simply because AT&T coverage is real spotty in my area. I wonder if Verizon's image will be knocked down a peg if they experience the same iPhone data overflow and call problems that AT&T is always criticized for.

Dude its not the iphone, Verizon and Apple kinda hate each other.

Get an android though, way more functionality than an iphone.

I MISS MY IPHONE SOOOOOO MUCH we have had it for 3 years n had to switch to sprint because the coverage was like patch said "SPOTY" and sprint has awesome coverage but heres my dilema the iphone with at&t sucked and with sprint AWESOME buttttt the apps on itunes ducking awesome and android they dont compare so i had to give up my awesome apps for better coverage BUT in my line of work i had to pick coverage b4 apps but patches let me know how great the coverage is with the iphone on verizon cuz if its great im moving to verizon n getting my iphone back THANKS

I prefer android over iphone. But right now I got a Samsung Focus which is a windows 7 phone which is worse then both. However, my mom needed and easy phone and it was buy one get one free. I will say the windows 7 os is awesome and very easy to use just has no apps. But it is also fairly new so we will see.

I was wrong. Verizon did announce earlier today that they will be releasing an apple phone.

DONT get the iPhone 4 if you plan on getting an iPhone when it comes to verizon!!!!!! Atleast wait untill the iPhone 5 comes out in June/July otherwise in a couple of moonths you will want the new one and you will have to wait. I however am not sure if I will get one. I love my droid and I love Flash and that I can go on this site and chat it up. But let me also say if you are planning to switch to verizon you better do it fast cause they are planning on doin what AT&T already did which is get rid of thier unlimited data plan. Also chunky you may be in luck cause there is talk about the iPhone branching out in the near future to Sprint and maybe even T-mobile now that they are voiding their contract anyway.

congrats to all you verizon peoples. Apple is going to allow you access to Valhalla, or at least that's what it has to be from the way everybody goes on about it. We all knew AT&T couldn't hold the exclusivity forever. Me however, I'm sticking with my droid
